01/ Requirements & Artwork

Provide AI, CDR, or PNG artwork, creative ideas, or reference styles. We help confirm the product size, colors, processes, and design details.

02/ Rendering Approval

We create a custom rendering showing the pattern, shape, colors, and process details, then revise it based on feedback until final approval.

03/ Mold Making

After the rendering is approved, we create a dedicated mold according to the product structure, suitable for either 2D or 3D designs.

04/ Sample Making

Once the mold is completed, we produce a physical sample for inspection and can ship it to the customer for review and approval.

05/ Sample Approval

The customer checks the appearance, color, texture, and size. After any required revisions, the approved sample becomes the production standard.

06/ Mass Production

Once the sample is approved, mass production begins. Every product is manufactured according to the approved sample and confirmed requirements.

07/ Quality Inspection

After production, all finished products are inspected. Defective items are identified and removed to ensure consistent shipment quality.

08/ Custom Packaging

Products are packed according to customer requirements. Simple packaging, individual packing, and custom color boxes are all available.

09/ Shipping & Delivery

We arrange a suitable shipping method based on the order requirements, track the shipment, and ensure safe and timely delivery.

Samples can be completed within 2–3 days. Our 50 automatic 18-color dispensing machines help improve sampling efficiency, allowing you to view and confirm the finished effect sooner.

Our factory operates 10 automated production lines with equipment utilization above 90% and a monthly production capacity of up to one million pieces.
